Key Responsibilities
Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to analyze unique requirements, operational workflows, and integration needs.
Feature Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive full-stack features and bespoke customizations using modern engineering frameworks.
API & Core Development: Build scalable RESTful APIs, core integrations, and intuitive front-end user experiences that extend the SaaS platform.
System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code in live production environments to maximize uptime.
Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients during the crucial onboarding and software implementation phases.
Roadmap Alignment: Partner with internal product teams to translate direct customer feedback into actionable product roadmap insights.
Experience & Qualifications
Software Engineering: Proven professional experience across both front-end and back-end software design and development architectures.
Technical Articulation: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders.
Database Management: Strong fundamental understanding of relational databases, with a preferred focus on PostgreSQL environments.
Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a team-first mentality to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Quality Standards: Solid commitment to ensuring software solutions follow industry best practices for performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
Technical Skills Required
Core Languages & Frameworks: High proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
