Key Responsibilities


Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire enterprise sales pipeline—lead qualification, tough negotiations, and contract closure, all within a structured, solution-focused framework.


C-Level Executive Engagement: Engage directly with senior enterprise stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, and Digital Directors) to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and deliver targeted software solutions.


Proposal & Architecture Delivery: Develop, refine, and present persuasive, tailored technical proposals covering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cross-functional cloud capabilities.


Market Expansion: Build new business and grow strategic accounts across CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service ecosystems.


Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with internal solutions architects and product delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, competitive pricing, and smooth, pan-European service alignment.



Experience & Qualifications


Experience: Solid track record in consultative, solution-based enterprise sales, especially in selling systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce.


Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.


Commercial Acumen: Sharp commercial mindset, proven history of closing high-value enterprise deals, and handling long sales cycles.


Mobility & Language: Fluent English required, comfortable traveling throughout Europe for client presentations.



Technical Skills Required


Deep functional architecture knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service).


Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).


Good grasp of Microsoft enterprise licensing models, tenant configurations, and cloud service tiers.


Proficiency with digital pipeline CRM tools, consultative discovery frameworks, and remote deal tracking platforms.
