Key Responsibilities
Global Paid Acquisition: Structure, launch, and manage cross-border paid social and paid search ad portfolios across Meta, Google, and TikTok networks to drive international customer acquisition.
Technical SEO Management: Supervise and optimize full-funnel Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for all corporate web properties to enhance search visibility, traffic velocity, and organic conversions.
Conversion-Focused Performance: Build, iterate, and fine-tune conversion-focused ad sets tailored to specific revenue targets within domestic and prime international trade zones (US, UK, UAE, Eurozone).
Multilingual Market Targeting: Design and deploy localized, language-based ad targeting and demographic segmentation matrixes to cater to diverse international buyer personas.
Creative Collaboration: Partner directly with the in-house content and creative teams to brainstorm, script, and brief high-converting, premium-positioned ad assets and lifestyle landing pages.
ROAS Data Analytics: Track daily performance metrics, execute budget reallocations, and run target audience tests to aggressively optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI).
Experience & Qualifications
Professional Track Record: 1 to 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience directing performance marketing campaigns, paid advertising configurations, or technical SEO pipelines.
Cross-Border Exposure: Prior experience or deep strategic familiarity running digital acquisition campaigns targeting consumer segments in international markets (specifically GCC/UAE, North America, or Western Europe).
Premium Brand Acumen: Direct experience marketing high-value, premium, or luxury niche items (e.g., specialty wellness, premium food products, high-end skincare, or luxury FMCG).
Analytical Mindset: Strong data competency with the ability to read multi-platform analytics, trace attribution patterns, and translate raw data into scaling actions.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads interface, and TikTok Ads platform.
- Hands-on command of modern SEO toolsets (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
- Core understanding of multi-regional audience segmentation and language-based programmatic targeting structures.
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce architectures, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and performance marketing workflows.
