Torq is a hyper-growth cybersecurity powerhouse reshaping the industry with our game-changing, AI-native autonomous SecOps platform. Backed by a tier-one Series D funding round, 200% employee scale, and an explosive 300% revenue surge, we are the automation engine of choice for security teams across the Fortune 500.

Recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers, our brand is bold, unapologetic, and "all gas, no brakes." We are building a high-velocity, global infrastructure team that thrives on radical ownership and relentless innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Autonomous US Ownership: Operate as the primary US-based DevOps anchor, working independently yet synchronizing seamlessly with our core global DevOps engineering group based in Israel.

Production Environment Scaling: Architect, monitor, and optimize highly resilient, multi-region production environments ensuring world-class uptime for our AI SOC automation services.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Treat infrastructure purely as software, utilizing advanced configuration blueprints to roll out secure, repeatable cloud deployments globally.

Internal Developer Platforms: Build intuitive internal tooling and automated pipelines to remove friction points within R&D, actively promoting a self-service culture.

Observability & Reliability: Implement deep-stack telemetry, monitoring arrays, and alerting guardrails to identify and fix operational degradation points proactively.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of dedicated DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience within a high-growth production SaaS or tech startup ecosystem.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated worker capable of driving complex deployment architectures from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across continents and time zones, maintaining clear asynchronous communication bridges with overseas R&D units.
  • Sharp, problem-solving mindset that seeks out operational friction points and prioritizes clean automation over repetitive manual fixes.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness (Preferred): Prior engineering experience inside an enterprise security vendor, automation fabric, or compliance SaaS platform is a strong asset.

Technical Skills Required

Cloud & Orchestration: Advanced operational fluency within large cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) along with deep container orchestration mastery (Kubernetes / EKS).

IaC & Automation: Strong hands-on command over Infrastructure as Code engines (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi) alongside modern CI/CD orchestrators (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD).

Programming & Scripting: Proficient automation scripting habits utilizing Python, Go, or shell scripting structures.

Observability Ecosystems: Practical experience configuring cloud-native monitoring and trace analysis metrics (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry).
