Key Responsibilities
AI Output Evaluation: Review and systematically critique AI-generated design assets, user interfaces, wireframes, and creative layouts against professional aesthetic and usability benchmarks.
Detailed Feedback Generation: Author highly detailed, structured feedback explaining visual flaws, composition errors, alignment issues, and user experience barriers in AI models.
UI/UX Optimization Critique: Evaluate systemic user experience flows and responsive interface configurations, ensuring generated designs adhere to modern usability best practices.
Core Assessment Training: Participate initially in the platform's core prompt-evaluation training modules before advancing to dedicated UI/UX and web design evaluation queues.
Aesthetic Quality Auditing: Review multi-tier creative deliverables, digital presentations, corporate branding visuals, and marketing assets to score model performance on subjective design elements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven professional background or deep academic training within UI/UX design, visual design, digital product design, or a closely aligned creative field.
- Exceptional eye for visual detail, possessing a comprehensive vocabulary to articulate complex concepts regarding composition, contrast, grid systems, and color theory.
- Strong written communication traits, with the ability to draft clear, logical explanations regarding why a layout works or fails.
- Self-motivated, disciplined workflow habits, capable of managing personal time independently across fluid, self-chosen project queues.
- Location & Payout Rules: Must reside and operate strictly within the United States. Payout disbursements are finalized globally via PayPal in USD.
Technical Skills Required
Design System Knowledge: Strong familiarity with standard layout standards, typography logic, digital accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and responsive framework rules.
Visual Prototyping Literacy: Comfort working around design software ecosystems (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Sketch) to dissect components and export parameters.
Data Logging Ecosystems: Ability to navigate web-based assessment queues, markdown text editors, and secure distributed project interfaces.
