Key Responsibilities


Institutional Acquisition: Lead business development efforts across APAC to boost user acquisition, grow spot and derivatives transaction volume, and build lasting institutional partnerships.


Channel Infrastructure Scaling: Identify, evaluate, and connect with high-value partner resources. This includes established financial brokers, Introductive Brokers (IBs), channel networks, and high-net-worth algorithmic traders.


Cross-Functional Customer Sync: Work closely with product development, marketing, and regional trading teams. You’ll manage client onboarding, track user activation, and support automated trade execution.


Market Feedback Loop: Gather and translate customer feedback and local regulatory shifts into actionable insights for product improvement and interface updates.


Performance Analysis: Monitor local KPIs, track business revenue, and regularly provide detailed analytical reports to senior leadership.



Experience & Qualifications


Brokerage Industry Background: Solid professional experience in CFDs, Forex, or the retail/institutional securities industry.


BD & Sales Track Record: Proven success in business development, corporate sales, institutional relationship management, or B2B client acquisition.


System Familiarity: Strong understanding of brokerage systems, white-label models, institutional trade workflows, and multi-level commission structures.


Crypto Alignment: Genuine curiosity or hands-on experience with digital asset infrastructure, decentralized trading, and global encryption trends.


International Agility: Excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable working across different cultures in a fast-paced remote environment.



Technical Skills Required


Solid knowledge of CFD/Forex ECN and dealing desk operations.


Experience with affiliate management tracking tools, sub-broker portals, and CRM systems.


Able to explain complex financial products, rebate structures, and fee tiers through clear technical documentation.


Fluent English, written and spoken, ready for independent, high-level business negotiations.
