Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding Support: Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, coordinate social media posting schedules, and support the preparation of professional proposals, case studies, and marketing materials.
Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day office management tasks, oversee operational documentation, and coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.
Finance Coordination: Assist with internal invoicing, meticulous expense tracking, and basic finance coordination to support the firm’s procurement and asset management activities.
Process Execution: Ensure consistent adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate across various teams to enable smooth task execution.
Workflow Optimization: Support leadership and consulting teams by improving internal workflows, tracking lead generation data, and handling ad-hoc operational requirements to enhance efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related academic field.
Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business operations, administration, HR, or a similar professional services role.
Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude suitable for a high-level consulting environment.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong operational knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools or project management software is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and brand coordination frameworks.
