Key Responsibilities


Workflow Automation Development: Design, set up, test, and maintain automated workflows and technical solutions that cut down on manual work and speed up recurring tasks.


Reporting Automation: Automate the process of generating and distributing complex reports by building reusable templates and custom scripts for operational reporting.


System Integration: Bring together program data from different sources and connect various reporting systems to make data flow easier and decision-making smoother.


Governance & Incident Support: Roll out advanced automation features for enterprise release readiness, managing governance artifacts, creating incident summaries, and supporting Root Cause Analysis drafts.


Knowledge Management: Write thorough technical documentation, playbooks, configuration records, and onboarding materials for teams to use company assets effectively.



Experience & Qualifications


Citizenship: You need to be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for a Federal Public Trust clearance.


Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or federal healthcare modernization projects.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar technical field.


Methodologies: Deep working knowledge of Agile practices, automated requirements management, and business process modeling.


Collaboration: Strong track record facilitating stakeholder meetings and turning business needs into clear technical solutions using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Visio.



Technical Skills Required


Specialized engineering expertise with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or enterprise scripting languages.


Solid experience building automated Data Integration pipelines and managing governance artifacts.


Strong hands-on skills with Agile management platforms and SDLC deployment tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.


Familiarity with DevSecOps frameworks, cloud modernization infrastructure, and automated reporting logic setups.
