Key Responsibilities
Generative Asset Creation: Architect precise, high-fidelity image prompts across advanced diffusion tools to generate clean, high-quality visual concepts.
AI Video Generation: Leverage cutting-edge neural video systems to animate generated imagery, transforming static compositions into simple, captivating motion pieces.
Visual Refining & Upscaling: Iterate on prompt compositions, tweak operational seeds, and utilize workflow optimization networks to refine outputs into production-ready graphics.
Creative Video Post-Production: Execute clean, precise timeline edits using desktop or mobile editing software—managing pacing, timing, frame cuts, and audio transitions.
Quality Assurance & Continuity: Audit all generated frames and videos to guarantee structural consistency, brand alignment, and artifact-free final deliveries.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience or deep personal project portfolios navigating generative art platforms and creative suite toolsets.
- Strong baseline visual sense with an eye for frame composition, lighting parameters, and clean asset presentation.
- Proven ability to analyze and break down creative directions, follow technical guidelines meticulously, and self-correct based on feedback.
- Passion for digital experimentation and a highly proactive drive to learn emerging neural frameworks.
- A portfolio showcasing creative video edits, motion pieces, or high-quality generative AI artwork layouts.
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Media Sciences, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or an equivalent practical track record of creative work.
Technical Skills Required
Generative Design Toolsets: Familiarity with text-to-image software systems, node architectures, or open pipelines (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, fal.ai custom setups).
AI Video Models: Exposure to cutting-edge video generation platforms and prompt mechanics (e.g., Google's Veo 3 or equivalent frame-interpolation systems).
Video Editing Suites: Working proficiency with editing solutions, notably CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, focusing on timeline manipulation and asset exports.
