Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Develop and execute highly engaging, comprehensive training programs focused specifically on intermediate Adobe Photoshop tools and its native generative AI features.
Content Creation: Author technical learning materials, practical tutorials, and project resources tailored to suit diverse operational backgrounds and varied learner skill levels.
Performance Assessment: Evaluate individual learner progress throughout the program and provide detailed, constructive feedback to accelerate creative technical skill adoption.
Emerging Tech Monitoring: Maintain strict technical alignment with the latest Photoshop AI releases, feature updates, and global industry trends to update training courses continuously.
Coaching & Mentorship: Facilitate technical training through group workshops and targeted one-on-one coaching sessions, customizing solutions to solve distinct creative workflow challenges.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Prior stable experience working in a training, mentorship, or technical education role, preferably within a corporate design, media agency, or creative studio context.
Adobe Expertise: Demonstrated mid-to-high level professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, featuring hands-on experience applying generative AI functions to real-world commercial assets.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of translating complex technical rendering concepts into clear, accessible directions.
Work Style: Exceptionally self-motivated and organized, with a proactive approach to solving pipeline execution problems independently within a remote operational ecosystem.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop core engines, layer structures, mask operations, and compositing techniques.
- Production experience with Photoshop AI-powered features (Generative Fill, Generative Expand, Neural Filters).
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, remote training webinar software, and digital learning tracking systems.
- Deep understanding of asset optimization, color management profiles, and non-destructive editing workflows.
