Key Responsibilities


Workflow Administration: Support day-to-day operations for design and printing, coordinate with team members, organize client requirements, and keep projects moving from concept to completion.


Pre-Flight File Auditing: Review files before printing to meet quality and precision standards.


Requirements Assembly: Create basic design briefs from client input and update internal records or logs.


Project Status Tracking: Keep track of job status to make sure deadlines and delivery expectations are met.


Account Management Support: Communicate with customers and coworkers professionally to uphold quality standards.


Operational Assistance: Help with general administrative or production tasks around the Pattoki studio as needed.



Experience & Qualifications


Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, for working with clients and the team.


Attention to detail when reviewing information, preparing files, and keeping accurate documentation and tracking.


Ability to work well on your own and with others in a hybrid setting, handling duties both in the office and remotely.


Previous work in design, print, or customer service is helpful but not a requirement.


High school diploma or equivalent; extra training or coursework in design, printing, or office admin is a plus.



Technical Skills Required


Basic Computer Literacy: General ability with operating systems, handling data files, and keeping administrative records up to date.


Design Software Tools Adaptability: Willingness to learn new design, printing, or office software.


Data Log Management: Skill in organizing documentation, updating project tracking logs, and using remote communication tools.
