Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide fast, friendly, and exceptional onsite customer service.


Point of Sale (POS) Operation: Efficiently run the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments.


Upselling & Suggestions: Actively make product and purchase suggestions to customers to drive store sales.


Food Program Support: Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and service of the store's food service program when required.


Store Maintenance: Maintain high standards for store appearance by performing task varieties both inside and outside the facility.


Attendance Reliability: Provide regular, predictable, and punctual onsite attendance according to schedule requirements.

Technical Skills Required


Basic Mathematics: Ability to calculate change and manage basic mathematical transactions at the register accurately.


POS Hardware Familiarity: Adaptability to learning electronic point-of-sale registers, barcode scanners, and card processing terminals.


Inventory Control Systems: Basic understanding of checking product codes and processing promotional discounts during checkout.
