Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Cost/Benefit Evaluations: Conduct detailed business process inquiries, organizational needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit reviews to seamlessly align enterprise IT architectures with overarching business initiatives.


Functional Spec Architecture: Translate complex user requirements, system performance gaps, and operational bottlenecks into highly structured functional and technical specifications for application development, system enhancement, and rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing).


System Optimization & Re-engineering: Analyze existing application procedures to eliminate non-value-added steps, consolidate tasks, streamline workflows, and aggressively drive technical process re-engineering.


Project Roadmap Coordination: Formulate detailed project blueprints, implementation schedules, and milestone metrics, providing explicit status updates to key business unit managers.


Technical Escalation & Support: Serve as a core tier-3 escalation anchor for high-priority system troubleshooting issues, maintaining open communication with cross-functional teams, global customers, and external enterprise software vendors.


Data Security & Policy Governance: Ensure absolute, 100% adherence to all corporate information security protocols, data privacy laws, and operational compliance directives to preserve proprietary configurations.


Global Best-Practice Cross-Pollination: Analyze continuous improvement metrics and share actionable data trends across alternative global Jabil facilities to ensure the deployment of "best-in-field" systemic configurations.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record operating as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Product Owner, or Functional Consultant within a large enterprise setting.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to interview users and extract actionable, clear technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts, comfortable navigating high-ambiguity situations and building out clear user guides and technical workflow diagrams.
  • Clear customer-service mindset, focused on resolving technical degradation vectors quickly and predicting user friction points.
  • High level of personal integrity and discretion when handling sensitive corporate databases, financial models, or customer-specific records.
  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline is typically preferred.


Technical Skills Required


Requirements Modeling: Expert ability to map out system requirements via UML diagrams, functional workflow schemas, data swimlanes, and structured mockups.


Enterprise ERP Infrastructure: Practical understanding of multi-tiered information systems, manufacturing operations software, supply chain tracking logic, or corporate database structures.


Project Management Tooling: Working knowledge of agile software tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project) to govern release lifecycles and maintain system logs.
