Key Responsibilities


On-Site Construction Supervision: Take charge of overseeing and managing daily construction activities on-site across assigned architectural and engineering disciplines.


Contractor Compliance Verification: Watch over third-party contractors to make sure they strictly follow approved blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural specifications.


Technical Design Review: Carefully review contractors’ technical submissions, material orders, and detailed shop drawings before construction starts.


Quality & Safety Enforcement: Systematically monitor project progress timelines, craftsmanship quality standards, and on-site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.


Stakeholder Interface Coordination: Keep smooth collaboration and operations updates flowing between central project management teams, design consultants, and local site stakeholders.


Field Log Documentation: Write and maintain site documentation registers, construction logs, field variations, and weekly progress reports.



Experience & Qualifications


10 to 20 years of proven, hands-on professional experience specializing in construction supervision, field management, or structural oversight.


A solid background in managing large-scale infrastructure, civil works, utilities, or complex commercial building projects.


Professional experience with local construction codes, municipal regulations, and supervision workflows within the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.


Strong teamwork, cross-functional communication, and collaborative leadership skills to resolve critical site issues safely and creatively.


Academic Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP), or an equivalent technical discipline.



Technical Skills Required


Engineering Blueprint Literacy: Advanced skills in interpreting complex architectural schematics, structural drawings, MEP layouts, and wet/dry utility design plans.


Construction Audit Methodologies: Practical knowledge of structural inspection workflows, material testing regulations, and quality control (QA/QC) verification standards.


Project Reporting Tools: Familiarity with digital productivity software, construction log databases, and field management reporting systems for logging on-site performance metrics.
