Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Vice President Residences, you will take full ownership of the operational excellence and strategic growth of Kempinski’s branded residences.
Your primary mandate is to maintain visual and experiential consistency across all channels while maximizing the financial returns for property owners and real estate partners.
Strategic Planning and Financial Oversight
Portfolio Governance: Lead the long-term business strategy and operational management of Kempinski’s global residential footprint.
Financial Controls: Direct P&L management, focus on Net Operating Income (NOI) optimization, and execute comprehensive long-term CapEx (Capital Expenditure) planning.
Asset Optimization: Collaborate closely with global real estate developers and property owners to protect asset integrity and enhance long-term commercial value.
Stakeholder Management and Brand Compliance
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain deep operational adherence to mixed-use governing documents, legal frameworks, and insurance mandates unique to private ownership under a luxury hotel brand.
Relationship Orchestration: Act as the primary strategic bridge between global developers, brand headquarters, and private homeowners.

Qualifications and Requirements
