Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be responsible for handling client inquiries all the way through to complete travel planning. Your main goal is to make sure every customer enjoys a seamless experience.
Travel Planning and Reservations
Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to client queries and provide them with the best travel options.
Ticketing & Bookings: Manage reservations and ticketing with global airlines and hotels.
Tailored Solutions: Create packages for leisure or religious tourism (including Umrah services) to match customer needs.
Customer Service and Coordination
Travel Advice: Guide clients on necessary travel information, visa assistance, and regulations.
Vendor Management: Maintain contact with various vendors to secure the best deals.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during travel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
We’re searching for candidates with expertise in travel management or hospitality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Hands-on experience with reservation and ticketing systems.
Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa regulations and global travel networks.
