Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, your work goes beyond the office—you’ll also guide hardware repair and installation out in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Remote Support: Help distributors and installers in Pakistan solve technical issues over the phone or through chat.
Hardware Repair: Repair inverters, identify faults, and maintain after-sales service data.
On-site Guidance: Guide installers during installation, monitoring, and maintenance of home PV (solar) systems.
Circuit Board Replacement: Confidently replace circuit boards in power equipment on your own.
Sales Promotion: Support the sales team with promotions and technical presentations.
Data Collection: Gather data during after-sales service to help improve product quality.
Travel: Travel to different cities in Pakistan when needed to provide on-site support.
Qualifications and Skills
We prefer professionals with a strong understanding of electrical engineering and expertise in hardware repair.
Education: A degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation is preferred.
Technical Skills: Solid grasp of inverter maintenance and circuit fundamentals.
Experience: Experience in after-sales service in the power industry (preferred).
Software Skills: Full command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication: Good ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Stability: Willingness and intention to live and work in Lahore long-term.
Traits: A proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well with a team.
