Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Your job is to hit targets for store operations, sales, and merchandising while giving customers a "Legendary Experience." You'll train team members, explain policies, and keep the store safe and productive.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service using the "GURA" formula (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).

Store Operations: Complete opening and closing procedures and handle bank deposits.

Merchandising: Set up seasonal and promotional displays, manage price changes.

Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks with the daily planner and assign responsibilities to team members.

Equipment Operation: Operate the forklift and baler (as trained) and complete all required documentation.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints ethically and create a great shopping environment.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: Experience in retail or knowledge about farming, ranching, pets/equine, or welding is crucial. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Age & License: Minimum age is 18 and a valid driver’s license is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but you must be skilled in reading, writing, and math.
