As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll play a key role as a “connector.” Your main job is to introduce HR professionals and recruiters in your network to the Flowmingo platform. There’s no specific quota or strict targets, work at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities
Share Flowmingo: Let HR and recruiting contacts in your network know about our AI platform.
Facilitate Connections: Help new users understand how Flowmingo can make their hiring process better.
Provide Feedback: Share any market insights with us so we can make the product even stronger.
Earn Commissions: Earn a commission for each successful referral, plus dedicated bonuses if you onboard your own company.
