Job Summary and Responsibilities
The role of Superintendent (Vigilance) is to ensure integrity in NADRA’s daily operations. You’ll be handling complex tasks like intelligence gathering and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Surveillance: Oversee vigilance operations in NADRA centers and headquarters.
Intelligence Reporting: Collect field intelligence reports, analyze them, and present findings to senior management.
Internal Audit: Take action to prevent any illegal activities or corruption within the organization.
Team Coordination: Work with intelligence teams and local law enforcement to make sure security protocols are followed.
Verification: Assist in the verification of documents and personal data for sensitive cases.
Risk Assessment: Identify security risks and find solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
These vacancies require a background in intelligence and relevant certifications.
Education: Minimum qualification is Middle, but intelligence experience is essential.
Intelligence Course: For male candidates, a 3-month Intelligence Course (from SMI, ISU/MBA, SOI, or Army Intelligence School) is mandatory.
Field Experience: At least 4 years of experience in intelligence operations setup.
Female Candidates: The intelligence course isn’t required for women, but preference is given to those who have worked in intelligence setups. Women must attach their Experience Certificate with their CV.
