🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and work with senior corporate leaders to develop talent strategies:
Full-Cycle Recruitment and Talent Pipelines
End-to-End Hiring: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and initial assessment to final negotiation and candidate closing.
Pipeline Activation: Keep diverse talent pipelines active by using smart networking, prospecting, and new hiring channels.
Candidate Experience: Maintain excellent communication with every candidate so eBay’s core values and positive image stay strong throughout onboarding.
Stakeholder Collaboration and AI Innovation
Leadership Partnering: Collaborate with senior business leaders to create hiring strategies that attract exceptional tech talent for business growth.
Internal Teamwork: Work with People Operations, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB), Business Partnering, and Compensation teams to make the hiring journey seamless.
Manager Coaching: Guide and coach hiring managers and interview teams, driving more inclusive and consistent internal assessment methods.
AI Tool Experimentation: Test out new AI-driven recruiting tools to make sourcing and recruiting faster, smarter, and more inclusive, then share your findings.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent corporate communication with leaders from different departments and executive stakeholder management to drive targets.
Tech Adaptability: Knowledge of HR tech stacks and recruitment database systems, with the agility to learn and use modern AI recruitment platforms.
