Job Summary

As a Special Procedure Technologist, you’ll handle both specialized and general diagnostic procedures. Your main goal is to produce high-quality images and deliver the best treatment to patients. 

You'll need to strictly follow radiation safety policies and help manage the department’s workflow smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Procedures Execution: Perform radiographic diagnostic and interventional special procedures as ordered by referring providers.

Patient Education: Clearly inform patients and their families about upcoming procedures and treatments.

Image Quality: Create high-quality images and present them with patient information for interpretation.

Equipment Control: Check equipment quality and troubleshoot any issues.

Safety & Ethics: Follow all radiation safety policies and fulfill ethical and legal responsibilities associated with radiology practice.

Workflow Management: Make sure the department workflow stays efficient and keep track of necessary supplies.

Documentation: Prepare accurate and complete documentation of all procedures.

Experience & Qualifications
