Job Summary and Responsibilities
This isn't your typical social media management role. You'll handle complete marketing operations and growth responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Optimization: Work on WordPress and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
SEO and Content: Manage on-page SEO and content structuring.
Podcast Operations: Repurpose podcast content into different formats like Reels, Shorts, and Carousels.
Social Media Growth: Execute growth strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Automation: Use CRM and marketing automation tools like GoHighLevel and Zapier.
Email Marketing: Manage email sequences and marketing systems.
Planning: Plan and batch 30 to 90 days of content.
Client Management: Coordinate and communicate directly with clients via Zoom.
Qualifications and Requirements
We're looking for candidates with solid experience in digital marketing and operations.
Experience: At least 3 years in digital marketing, operations, or growth.
Technical Skills: Full command of WordPress, SEO, CRM, automation, and email marketing.
Communication: Proficient in spoken and written English.
Personality: Able to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple accounts at once.
Tools: Skilled in using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, ClickUp/Notion, and ChatGPT.
