Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll find and develop new potential customers, and build long-term business relationships for Arm. You’ll aim to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (bookings and design wins).
Customer Journey and Relationship Management
New Customer Acquisition: Proactively seek out new potential customers across Northern Europe, and manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closing long-term deals.
Account Strategy: Build strong professional relationships with customers’ executive management, technical teams, and marketing personnel, and lead innovative account strategies.
Full Experience Ownership: Own the customer’s entire experience with Arm, making sure there’s great coordination with Sales, FAEs (Field Application Engineers), Licensing, and Business Units.
Market Insight and Internal Collaboration
Market Intelligence: Stay sharp on how customers make decisions, who the key players are, and which competitors are out there.
Internal Alignment: Work closely with Arm’s internal teams, such as Licensing, Finance, and Legal, to optimize business models and silicon IP sales.
Strategic Reporting: Create client engagement plans and communicate them effectively to Arm’s senior executives.
Qualifications and Requirements
We’re looking for sales leaders who really understand technical sales and the details of the semiconductor ecosystem.
Core Experience: Solid senior-level experience in technical sales within the technology sector, especially semiconductors, silicon, or hardware IP engineering.
Business Acumen: Full grasp of IP licensing models, contract negotiations, and complex sales cycles.
Soft Skills: Strong skills in active listening, trust-building, and leading cross-functional teams.
Independence: Ability to work self-directed and hit your targets without constant oversight.
Language: Professional-level English fluency is essential (knowledge of French or another European language is a plus).
