Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a QA Tester, you will take ownership of executing comprehensive test scenarios across test and sandbox environments.

Your primary mission is to ensure that WalkMe content functions seamlessly across supported browsers without impacting core system layers.

UI Selector Stability: Confirm the stability of element selectors, conditional branching logic, validation triggers, and dynamic visibility rules across multiple browser states.

Defects Logging, Compliance, and Documentation

Defect Documentation: Identify, capture, and track application bugs using tracking systems like JIRA. Provide explicit replication details, expected vs. actual outcomes, and system logs or screenshots.

GxP Compliance Adherence: Audit all walkthroughs and guidelines against strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established corporate quality frameworks.

Auditable Documentation: Maintain flawless, fully traceable, and auditable QA artifacts, including structured test matrices, execution results, and verification histories.

Technical Agility: Demonstrated capability to navigate intricate web applications and execute complex multi-step test cases accurately after a single operational walkthrough.

Tool Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience working within Agile or ticket-based project frameworks, utilizing tools like JIRA for bug lifecycles and asset tracking.

Communication Skills: Clear and descriptive professional English writing skills to compile technical bug reports and coordinate with cross-functional developers.

How to Apply? (Professional Advice)

Eligible software testing professionals looking to secure this remote assignment before the end-of-month close must submit an optimized digital CV immediately through Actalent’s application pipeline.

Professional Advice:

Because your initial application profile will be evaluated using automated AI screening engines, make sure your resume contains explicit keywords from the job description.

Do not simply state you performed "software testing"; specifically highlight experience with UI testing, cross-browser validation, regression testing, or digital adoption platforms (like WalkMe/Whatfix) if applicable.

Since this role involves auditable GxP compliance, showcasing past experience with structured documentation, test tracking scripts, or JIRA workflows will significantly increase your probability of advancing to the technical interview loop.
