Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the planning and design for the company’s trading line. Your goal will be to simplify the user experience and strengthen trading logic.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design: Take charge of planning and designing products like spot, futures contracts, options, and copy trading.
Market Analysis: Keep an eye on peer products and industry trends so you can identify new value-added scenarios and demands.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work with different departments (Design, Development, QA) to get things done on time and drive the launch.
Optimization: Monitor user feedback and operational data so you can keep improving (iterating) the products.
Strategic Growth: Introduce new features and tools to boost competitiveness in trading products.
Qualifications and Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who truly understand internet product management and financial markets.
Experience: At least 5 years as an Internet Product Manager, including 2 years in Finance, Securities, or Digital Currency trading.
Education: Preference for degrees in Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading logic for spot and futures contracts, order mechanisms, position management, and risk ratio indicators.
Proven Track Record: Experience launching successful financial products and delivering projects.
Soft Skills: Clear logical thinking, top-notch communication, and teamwork.
Technical Tools: You must know how to use product design tools like Axure, Office, and Figma.
