Operating within our specialized Systems Innovation Engineering (SIE) arm, you will translate corporate defense requirements into stable, production-ready enterprise architectures.

๐ Key Responsibilities
As the PLM Program Manager, you will assume direct ownership of advanced lifecycle implementations and collaborate closely with product management structures to deliver reliable system enhancements:
Product Backlog Governance and Agile Requirements
Backlog Maximization: Masterfully order, articulate, and manage product backlog items to optimize the functional value of work delivered by the engineering unit.
Sprint Facilitation: Lead dynamic team collaboration sessions and agile sprint activities, removing structural friction and keeping technical goals fully aligned.
Requirements Translation: Author and communicate detailed requirement artifacts that seamlessly map complex business objectives into executable software sprints.
Enterprise Scale-Up and Cross-Functional Integration
Implementation Ownership: Direct the end-to-end planning, deployment roadmap, and cross-platform validation cycles for multi-tier PLM system configurations and data modules.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate extensively with defense end-users, subcontractor technical teams, and internal executive project managers to achieve complete consensus on project scope and operational limits.
๐ฏ What They Are Looking For (Requirements)
To qualify for this critical infrastructure position, candidates must demonstrate an established history of managing scaled manufacturing platforms alongside rigid defense security alignment.
Professional Experience and Core Credentials
Project Management History: Five (5) to eight (8) years of proven professional experience directly managing engineering or manufacturing enterprise system projects.
Large-Scale Platforms: A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience navigating large-scale business enterprise software systems and structural database frameworks.
Leadership and Agility: Proven capability to anchor cross-functional squads and maintain structural balance inside fast-paced, high-visibility development timelines.
Legal Clearances and Workspace Dynamics
U.S. Citizenship: Candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship to meet mandatory national security processing guidelines.
Security Clearance Alignment: Ability to acquire and continuously maintain a U.S. government Personnel Security Clearance (PCL) to access sensitive national defense frameworks.
Mobility Requirements: Willingness and availability to travel one to two times per month to primary customer sites, subcontractor operational facilities, and central corporate offices.
