Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will translate complex concepts and abstract data points into compelling, visually engaging animations for various digital platforms. You will serve as a primary link between technical development and visual communication.

Creative Animation and Asset Production

Motion Design: Create, animate, and deliver high-quality motion graphics customized for AI-driven projects and digital systems.

Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize storyboards and execute animations that make sophisticated algorithms or data models intuitive and clear.

Brand & Project Governance: Maintain rigorous consistency with established project objectives and brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Delivery

Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with AI trainers, software developers, prompt engineers, and cross-functional creative teams to build cohesive media assets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Tech Stack & Creative Expertise

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Animation Fundamentals: A profound understanding of core motion design principles, including timing, ease, spacing, framing, and visual weight.

Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal English communication abilities to collaborate smoothly with international developers and regional leads.

Remote Independence: Proven capability to work autonomously, troubleshoot technical hardware/software problems independently, and meet daily production targets.
