Job Summary


This is a 12-week part-time internship that’s fully remote. So, you can work from home anywhere in Germany. 


While working with the Applied Research Cell (ARC), you’ll bridge the gap between software engineering, malware analysis, and cyber threat intelligence. 


Your main role will be tracking some of the world’s most dangerous threat actors and coming up with new ways to stop them.



Key Responsibilities


As an intern, you’ll get the chance to work on different projects:


Cyber Threat Research: Use open source research to analyze digital threats.


Actor Tracking: Learn and understand the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) of threat actors.


Malware Analysis: Research existing malware families and study their triage techniques.


Tool Development: Create new tools and integrate them into large-scale malware processing pipelines.


Project Completion: Finish an assigned project within the 12 weeks.



Experience & Qualifications


CrowdStrike wants candidates who are genuinely interested in tech and security:


Current Student or Recent Grad: You should be a current university student or a recent graduate.


Interest in Security: You need a strong interest in cybersecurity and threat intelligence with a basic understanding.


Technical Mindset: You can grasp software engineering and reverse engineering concepts.


Commitment: You are available to work from October 5 to December 24.
