Job Summary


As Regional Senior Finance Manager for APAC, you will own the entire financial governance lifecycle across the region, from month-end closing to long-term forecasting. 


Your job is to drive strict financial compliance, lead regional finance transformation initiatives, and establish strong, long-term relationships with cross-functional teams, auditors, and external tax advisors.


This role is perfect for a seasoned finance professional who enjoys a proactive, ownership-driven environment and has deep knowledge of corporate finance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities


Financial Reporting: Lead end-to-end regional closing processes, ensuring complete accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with group and statutory requirements.


Financial Governance: Establish, review, and strengthen comprehensive internal controls, risk management frameworks, and balance sheet integrity across APAC offices.


Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the regional budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes, delivering robust performance analysis and visibility to corporate leaders.


Business Partnering: Partner closely with regional senior stakeholders to provide high-quality financial analysis, commercial insights, and strategic decision support.


Finance Transformation: Lead process improvements, standardizations, and system automation initiatives to scale and optimize overall regional finance operations.


Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional finance team while fostering a clear culture of accountability and professional excellence.



Experience & Qualifications


Finance Leadership Experience: Proven background in corporate finance, business partnering, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a multinational or regional scope.


Track Record: A consistent history of managing complex corporate budgets, building financial control frameworks, and overseeing multi-jurisdictional financial closes.


Transformation Background: Prior hands-on experience in driving finance transformation projects, system enhancements, or accounting process standardization.


Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently communicate and collaborate with senior executives, regional cross-functional leaders, corporate auditors, and tax advisors.


Education: Bachelor’s degree, professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA/CIMA), or equivalent professional experience in corporate finance and accounting fields.
