This role is based in Singapore and will lead Manifest Global’s hiring engine for all four brands, Cialfo, Explore, BridgeU, and Kaaiser.

Job Summary

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll own Manifest Global’s entire hiring strategy. Your goal: turn the TA function from “reactive” to “strategic,” so leadership can make better decisions and every new hire raises the group’s quality. 

The role blends operational excellence with strategic advisory, you’ll build systems and get hands-on with critical searches.

Key Responsibilities

Global Hiring Engine: Lead hiring strategy across all four brands and regions (Singapore, Delhi, London).

Workforce Planning: Work with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and provide a forward-looking pipeline.

Pipeline Building: Have shortlists ready in advance for key roles like Head of Engineering.

Team Leadership: Lead the TA team, instilling ownership and commercial awareness.

Employer Brand: Build a consistent and strong employer brand in all geographies.

Data & Systems: Create scalable processes and data-driven reporting tools to eliminate hiring bottlenecks.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition, including global hiring and fast-growth environments.

Strategic Credibility: Able to sit with senior stakeholders, challenge their briefs, and provide better context.

Complexity Management: Experienced in hiring for complex and business-critical roles.

Track Record: Experience building TA functions from scratch or transforming them.
