Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Head of AI, you guide the company’s AI vision and strategy. Your goal is to drive adoption and automate everyday workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agents Deployment: Build and launch powerful internal AI agents for Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
Solution Architecture: Design scalable solutions using Microsoft 365 tools like Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI Foundry.
Team Leadership: Hire and mentor a skilled, cross-functional team of engineers and designers.
Metrics Ownership: Track usage and results for AI tools, with Daily Active Usage (DAU) as your main metric for success.
CEO Partnership: Work closely with the CEO to plan and drive strategies for AI adoption and organizational change.
Required Qualifications
They're looking for candidates who are technically skilled and have real leadership experience.
AI Experience: Strong, hands-on background creating AI agents or AI-powered tools.
Microsoft Ecosystem: Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, especially Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Industry Domain: Experience in CPaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS, plus direct knowledge of contact center or conversational AI.
Change Management: Track record for driving tech adoption and leading change.
Languages: Professional English skills and conversational Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience releasing production-level solutions using Microsoft Copilot or related platforms.
Experience working in CPaaS/CCaaS companies or with Microsoft partners.
Interest in rapid prototyping and shipping new ideas quickly.
