Base Salary Range: $63,000 - $85,500 per year.
Target Bonus Scale: $7,000 - $9,500 per year.
Total Compensation Target: $70,000 - $95,000 annually (Base + Performance-linked bonus parameters).
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
This hybrid role acts as the bridge between day-to-day corporate financial tracking and advanced data automation. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your mission is to systematically transition manual reporting workflows into scalable, automated, and decision-driving business intelligence matrices.
Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI Automation
Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and performance metrics using modern business intelligence reporting tools.
AI Integration: Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools (such as Copilot and ChatGPT workflows) to consolidate manually keyed financial records into highly functional, automated worksheets—minimizing human manual data entry errors.
Requirements Translation: Define, interpret, and translate complex business operational processes into structured, auditable analytics frameworks.
Process Optimization: Conduct regular reviews of internal accounting and reporting workflows, implementing continuous data adjustments and structural improvements.
Day-to-Day Accounting & Operational Functions
General Ledger & Closings: Provide direct analytical support to core accounting operations during day-to-day data entry tasks and high-pressure month-end close schedules.
Cash Flow Support: Execute baseline financial tasks including posting Accounts Receivable (AR) balances, auditing daily bank balances, and coordinating vendor payment schedules.
Cross-Functional Operations: Interface with operational teams to acquire a holistic understanding of supply chains and system dependencies (with robust on-the-job training provided).
Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Foundational Knowledge
Academic Background: Undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Business Reporting, Information Systems, or an equivalent, comparable technical field of study.

Technical Competencies & Software Skills
Excel Mastery: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with verified capability utilizing pivot tables, lookups, statistical arrays, and automated analytical models.
BI Suite Fluency: Direct, practical proficiency utilizing Power BI or similar enterprise data-based reporting architectures.
AI Literacy: Practical, hands-on experience utilizing generative AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to optimize workflow logic and spreadsheet scripts.
