Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations: Build, mentor, and lead a full Facility Management team. Handle shift scheduling, assign building staff, and manage payroll to keep daily building operations smooth.
Transition Coordination: Work closely with the project development team to make property handovers from developers to new customers seamless.
Vendor & Contract Management: Find, hire, and manage third-party service providers for day-to-day maintenance. Prepare and manage service agreements between unit owners and the property management company, and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
SLA & Complaint Resolution: Oversee the internal customer complaint process, making sure all tenant and owner issues get sorted out within set Turnaround Times (TATs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Owner Relations: Support unit owners with everything related to the property, handling questions about asset protection and any building concerns with professionalism and care.
Experience & Qualifications
You need 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility management, commercial property management, or real estate operations with a structural focus.
You’ve already worked as a supervisor, managing operational or technical maintenance teams on-site.
You know how to manage stakeholders well and have dealt with the different needs of developers, property owners, and service vendors.
You’re organized, great at keeping records, archiving technical documents, and tracking performance against SLAs.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
Technical Skills Required
Core Expertise: Building Operations Management, Preventive Maintenance Planning, Facility Handover Protocols.
Frameworks & Tools: Contract Administration, SLA Framework Tracking, Workforce Shift Scheduling, Payroll Management systems.
Soft Skills: Conflict Resolution, Cross-functional Team Coordination, Vendor Negotiation.
