Job Summary and Responsibilities


As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the central hub for the GIS team, delivering both administrative and business management support.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support: Schedule GIS leadership’s agendas and meetings, and coordinate with offices around the world.


Travel Management: Plan business travel, arrange itineraries and accommodation, and manage travel expenses in line with GIC compliance policies.


Office Administration: Maintain office procedures, standards, and business continuity plans for the department.


Project Support: Assist with office seating, renovations, and implementing new systems (change management).


Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Documentation: Prepare presentation reports and ensure department filing systems and records are accurate and confidential.


Team Culture: Coordinate staff welfare activities, team events, and onboarding for new joiners.


Policy Implementation: Make sure GIC’s travel, expense, and compliance policies are locally implemented and followed.



Qualifications and Skills


We’re looking for professionals who pay close attention to detail and excel at multitasking.


Experience: Solid background in executive or administrative support. Experience in finance or the global investment sector is a plus.
