Job Summary and Responsibilities
Under the Punjab Private Security Companies Ordinance 2002, the company needs a "fit and proper person" who can manage legal compliance as Director.
Key Responsibilities:
License Holding: Act as the primary License Holder and Director to ensure SECP and Licensing Authority compliance.
Operations & Vetting: Oversee recruitment, vetting, and training of security guards to meet government standards.
Client Relations: Manage client relations and operational security protocols in Rawalpindi.
Compliance: Fulfill all legal requirements related to vetting and training.
Qualifications and Requirements (Strictly Legal)
This position comes with the following legal requirements:
Retired Officer: The candidate must be a retired Commissioned Officer from the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Police (with a rank equivalent to Captain, Major, or Colonel).
Taxpayer Status: Must hold Active Taxpayer status (NTN).
Clean Record: The candidate must have a completely clean criminal record.
Domicile: Local domicile (Punjab/Rawalpindi) is mandatory.
Legal Consent: Willingness to be officially listed as Director in company documents.
