Job Summary and Responsibilities


As a Development Associate, you’ll help run real estate projects from start to finish. Your main focus will be project delivery, market research, and working with cross-functional teams.


Project Coordination and Market Analysis


Project Support: You’ll provide full support to senior managers during the planning, design, and execution phases of real estate development projects.


Market Research: You’ll thoroughly analyze real estate trends, land availability, and competitor actions in Cincinnati and related areas.


Data Management: Keep all project-related documents, financial models, and schedules organized and up-to-date.


Stakeholder Collaboration


Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like construction, finance, and legal to make sure projects move forward without obstacles.
