Location: Remote (Work from Rawalpindi/Pakistan)


Job Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)


Employment Type: Full-time / Remote


Job Summary and Responsibilities


In this position, you’ll handle both sales and customer support. Your daily responsibilities include contacting customers and providing excellent services.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Customer Handling: Manage customer inquiries and sales conversations professionally.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and keep strong and trustworthy relations with new and existing clients.
  • Follow-up: Stay in touch with potential customers to convert them into sales.
  • Reporting: Keep daily customer records and prepare sales reports.
  • Targets: Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall growth.
  • Communication: Make sure you communicate clearly and according to company standards.



Qualifications and Skills


  • Forge is looking for candidates who fit the following requirements:
  • Communication: Good English speaking and writing skills are a must.
  • Experience: Preference will be given to those with past experience in Sales or Customer Support.
