Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The Contract Specialist will take complete operational ownership of the end-to-end contract lifecycle. Your primary mission is to streamline legal workflows, minimize corporate liabilities, and ensure absolute regulatory compliance across multi-national technology deployments.
Contractual Engineering and Risk Analysis
Drafting & Structuring: Formulate, author, and review complex commercial contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), vendor master agreements, and non-disclosure partnerships.
Risk Mitigation: Analyze complex contractual clauses to isolate potential operational bottlenecks, legal vulnerabilities, and compliance risks, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
Database Governance: Build and maintain an immaculate, highly organized centralized contract management database to ensure continuous traceability of renewal timelines and obligations.
Commercial Negotiation and Stakeholder Alignment
Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial and operational terms negotiations with external partners to secure optimal risk allocation and favorable corporate terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with internal software engineers, data compliance leads, finance controllers, and senior executive leaders to align legal language with technical capability.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain updated awareness of data privacy regulations and corporate legal frameworks intersecting with artificial intelligence deployment across international jurisdictions.

Core Background and Qualifications
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Legal Studies, or a closely related professional field of study.
Contractual Mastery: Strong, verifiable knowledge base and hands-on skills in executing Contractual Agreements and managing extensive contract lifecycles.
Negotiation Competency: Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation, with a proven history of managing high-stakes client or vendor conversations.
Communication Skills: Elite written and verbal communication skills to explain complex legal liabilities easily to non-legal internal teams.
Virtual Agility: Highly disciplined capacity to meet deadlines, coordinate across multiple time zones, and run workflows smoothly in a remote setup.
Regulatory Familiarity: Deep comfort level with legal terminology, regulatory compliance, corporate governance structures, and international business rules is a major asset.
