Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Client Services Specialist, you’ll handle orders, manage fulfillment, and coordinate delivery of test results. This position offers a great learning platform for recent graduates and those switching careers.
Main Responsibilities
Data Verification: Review and verify patient information from received documentation for each case.
CRM Entry: Enter data from patient information sheets into the CRM system and scan paperwork.
Customer Support: Provide daily support to physicians, clinics, and patients via email and phone.
Quality Control: Work with lab and sales teams to ensure test orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for sample deliveries and pickups.
Compliance: Strictly maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Record Keeping: Keep thorough records of all verbal communications with customers and medical staff.
Sales Support: Work with the sales team to educate new clinics about the testing process.
Feedback Management: Document feedback from clients and sales representatives to help improve company practices.
Qualifications and Skills
