Job Summary and Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all operations, hitting revenue targets, and leading the team of counselors at our Lahore branch. Your goal is to make sure every student gets top-class counseling.
Team Leadership and Operations
Team Mentoring: Lead, train, and guide a group of college counselors and support staff.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly enrollment and revenue plans for the branch.
P&L Management: Take full charge of the branch’s profit and loss, reporting, and CRM data.
Relationship Building and Marketing
Local Networking: Build strong relationships with local schools, universities, parents, and students in Lahore.
Events Coordination: Organize seminars, webinars, and outreach events to boost client engagement and awareness.
Quality Application Support: Ensure high-quality counseling and application processes for countries like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Dubai, and Turkey.
Qualifications and Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who blend sales skills with a student-first mindset.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is a must; Master’s degree preferred.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years solid experience in college counseling.
Leadership Skills: 1–2 years leading a team or in a managerial role.
Network & Communication: An understanding of Lahore’s local school networks and strong communication skills.
