Job Summary
As an AI Automation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for business discovery, solution architecture, and implementation.
You’ll work closely with leadership teams and external clients to build scalable AI systems that boost productivity and streamline operations.
Your work won’t just be technical—it’ll be strategic too, where you’ll craft ROI-driven business cases for AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis: Lead discovery sessions with internal and external clients, pinpoint bottlenecks, and find automation opportunities.
Solution Design: Use OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, n8n, Make, and Zapier to design intelligent agents and document processing pipelines.
Architecture: Build architectures for enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS) using RAG systems and vector databases.
Project Delivery: Work with automation engineers to lead pilot deployments, and create SOPs and training materials.
Client Engagement: Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way, and write proposals.
Responsible AI: Handle issues related to data, security, and compliance, and design human-in-the-loop workflows.
Experience & Qualifications
Consulting Experience: Over 5 years in digital transformation or automation consulting.
AI Specialization: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI and workflow automation.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Automation Platforms: Solid experience working with platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills
- Expertise in integrating APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems.
- Professional ability to prepare client proposals and architecture documents.
- Understanding of RAG systems and vector databases.
