Job Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States (Hybrid).


Organization: Aon.


Salary Range: $60,000 to $73,000 USD (salary depends on experience and skills).


Employment Type: Full-time.

Job Summary and Responsibilities


As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with Account Executives to handle clients’ daily needs and strategic projects. Your main goal is to ensure a successful renewal cycle and deliver a positive experience for every client.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship: Build and maintain positive, impactful relationships with clients and resolve their issues.


Information Flow: Make sure information flows between clients and the account team in a timely manner.


Data Analysis: Gather data for stewardship reports and create strong presentations.


Renewal Process: Monitor the renewal process and save important documents like binders and policies.


Liaison Role: Act as the key contact for invoices, certificates, auto IDs, and insurance summaries.


Billing & Finance: Work closely with premium accounting to resolve client billing and collections issues.


Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior specialists when needed.



Qualifications and Requirements


We’re looking for candidates who understand the insurance industry and can work with the team to achieve great results.


Experience: At least 1 year in insurance (account management experience is a plus).


Licensing: Must have a Property & Casualty broker’s license (or obtain it within 120 days of starting the job).


Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong analytical abilities.


Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate to expert level).


Education: High school diploma required (an associate’s degree is preferred).


Attributes: Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
