This Dubai-based firm provides businesses with bookkeeping, audit support, and VAT services, and its network spans three different regions.

Job Summary
As Team Lead Accounts, you’ll manage financial matters for UAE and regional clients from the Gulberg, Lahore office.
Your main responsibilities revolve around overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring VAT compliance.
You’ll work not only on accounting software like Zoho and QuickBooks but also mentor a professional team. This role suits those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of IFRS standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and build management dashboards.
Accounting Operations: Post journal entries, adjustments, and accruals in software like Zoho Books, Tally, and QuickBooks.
Tax Compliance: File UAE VAT returns on time and stay updated with tax laws.
Team Leadership: Train accounting professionals, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
Reconciliations: Review bank and inter-account reconciliations and monitor internal controls.
Process Improvement: Develop new methods to enhance accounting workflows and SOPs.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Preference given to CA Finalist, CA Inter, or ACCA part-qualified candidates).
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Technical Knowledge: Complete understanding of IFRS/GAAP standards and UAE VAT regulations.
Software Skills: Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally ERP, or Odoo, plus strong MS Excel skills.
