Job Summary


As a Suspension Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic development of the company’s suspension portfolio. 


It’s not just about making products, you’ll work closely with OEM customers to understand their needs and make sure everything aligns technically. 


You’ll lead the entire process from concept all the way to launch. Only people already living in the European Union (EU) can apply for this job. The role is a great mix of technical expertise and customer management.



Key Responsibilities


Customer Program Ownership: Become the main contact for OEM customers and build strong relationships with them.


Requirement Management: Gather specific requirements from customers and work with internal teams to implement them.


Technical Workshops: Lead technical discussions and workshops to ensure everyone agrees on specifications.


Project Alignment: Work with project managers so product milestones are completed on time.


Problem Solving: Track technical issues and change requests, and solve them quickly.


Sales Support: Help the sales team with technical presentations and RFQ responses.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.


Technical Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience with Air Spring, Damper, or Active Suspension.


Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of suspension systems and vehicle integration.


Customer Interaction: Previous experience working with OEM customers on technical topics.


Languages: Full command of English; knowing German or Chinese is a big plus.


Mobility: Willingness to travel for customer meetings and workshops.

Salary & Location


Salary: Top German automotive industry package (EG11–EG13 benchmark) plus a performance bonus.
