Job Summary
The Livestream Operation role is the backbone of the e-commerce world. In this position, you’re responsible for everything from planning live sessions to pulling them off smoothly.
Your main goal? Make the livestream setting irresistible, so viewers don’t just watch, they buy. At Ecomobi, you’ll work in an international environment, collaborating with foreign partners and using advanced tools to sharpen your skills even further.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Live Setup: Set up live sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, prepare props, and arrange necessary supplies.
Live Coordination: Help the Host during broadcasts, monitor performance, and come up with quick solutions to keep viewers engaged.
Brand Collaboration: Work with brands to manage vouchers, gifts, and sales programs during live sessions.
Post-Live Analysis: Analyze data after the session, check revenue targets, and plan the next session based on customer feedback.
Administrative Tasks: Organize sending and receiving samples, and report hosts’ working hours to management.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Six months to one year, or more, managing livestream operations.
Communication: Clear voice, able to talk continuously for two to three hours.
Platform Knowledge: Complete mastery of live tools on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
Flexibility: Willing to work weekends and follow a flexible schedule given by the leader.
Proven Track Record: Preference goes to candidates who have worked with brands or KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) before.
