Job Summary
As a Second Level Support Intern, you’ll play an essential role in InEvent’s technical support system. This is a fully remote, one-year program where you get paid to learn.
Your job is to understand technical issues, manage them, and help the customer success team. This internship will prepare you for the professional world, and if you perform well, you could land a full-time job at InEvent.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Management: Organize and manage technical reports and issues.
Customer Communication: Answer customers' technical questions and bug reports through chat and email.
Product Coordination: Keep in constant contact with the product team to resolve technical issues quickly.
Team Support: Help the Customer Success team handle tough questions and queries.
Platform Mastery: Stay updated on every new InEvent platform update to provide the best support.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: You should have completed your undergraduate degree or be on track to graduate soon (Computer Engineering majors preferred).
Language: Complete proficiency in spoken and written English (Fluent English).
Age Limit: You should be between 18 and 25 years old.
Requirements: You must have your own personal computer and a stable internet connection.
Availability: You need to be able to work 40 hours per week without interruption.
Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Some prior experience working at tech companies or startups.
- Basic understanding of API integrations.
- Interest in customer support or success roles.
- Ability to multitask and stay positive under pressure.
