Job Summary

As the Supervisor, you’ll be the heart of the venue. Your main responsibility is to make sure every guest leaves with a big smile. 

You’ll handle walk-ins, manage bookings, guide your team, and keep the venue spotless and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll need to stay active and help create a memorable atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership on the Floor: Keep the venue lively and make sure guests have a fantastic experience.

Guest Interaction: Guide guests through their interactive sessions and handle all booking arrangements.

Operational Excellence: Always keep the venue clean and organized so guests get the best experience.

Team Guidance: Support team members and step up to solve problems when things get tough.

Sales & Bookings: Explain deals to walk-in customers and help boost revenue.

Quality Control: Make sure gaming equipment is working perfectly so guests don’t face any hassles.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: Previous work in customer service, hospitality, or the entertainment industry.

Reliability: Punctuality and a habit of completing tasks responsibly.

Availability: It’s a part-time role but you should be flexible with shifts.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
