Job Summary


As Regional Manager, your main job is to lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs). 


Your goal is to make sure customers aren’t just happy with our product, you want them to keep expanding their business with us. 


You’ll report directly to the Sr. Director of Customer Success and roll out the company’s strategy throughout Paris. You’ll also use data tools like Salesforce and Power BI to monitor customer health and eliminate churn risks.



Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership: Lead and coach your team to help them level up their skills and performance.


Retention Strategy: Build proactive strategies to keep customers engaged and stop them from leaving.


Expansion & Upsell: Look for chances to upsell and cross-sell within existing customers, and run campaigns to do it.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to create the best customer experience.


Onboarding & Renewals: Manage the onboarding of new customers and make sure contract renewals for existing ones go off without a hitch.


Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team KPIs like retention and expansion pipeline.


Voice of Customer: Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams so we can keep improving our product.



Experience & Qualifications


Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.


Industry Knowledge: Experience working in fast-paced industries like Cloud, SaaS, or networking.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).


Data Skills: Ability to understand customer data and metrics and make decisions based on them.
