Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain prepack machines daily.
Meet production targets on time and check machine efficiency.
Closely monitor operations on half KG and 1 KG packing machines.
Make sure quality standards are followed during packaging so every packet is sealed properly.
Handle minor technical issues (troubleshooting) on the machine yourself.
Strictly follow safety rules and factory protocols.
Share reports with the production team and give suggestions for improvement.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years in manufacturing or packaging operations.
Technical Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience with prepack machines.
Specialization: Complete expertise in half KG and 1 KG packing machine operations.
Safety Awareness: Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Attitude: Must be punctual and a good team player.
